Integrated Behavioral Health Consultant Masters or doctorate level psychologist. Lakeville Clinic. Park Nicollet Clinic is looking for Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Consultant to join our Behavioral Health team. This position is located in our Park Nicollet Lakeville primary care clinic. This is an innovative program with a mission to provide both brief/solution focused therapy when a mental health need is identified as well as to provide preventative psychoeducation and support to children, adolescents and their families in partnership with our pediatric and family medicine colleagues. In addition to partnering with our medical teams, you will be a part of the Park Nicollet Behavioral Health Department which is comprised of a large, multidisciplinary team of clinicians who provide outpatient mental health services to patients in Minnesota. We are seeking a mental health professional with a specific interest in integrated care and with skills in brief/solution-focused, short-term treatment.The Behavioral Health Consultant will support 3-4 primary care clinics in a regional model.
