BraVada Garrett-Akinsanya Distinguished Elders Award for Leadership in Minnesota Psychology

At the Annual Conference in April, MPA will hold a recognition ceremony to honor elders who have made significant contributions to mental health in Minnesota through their roles as scholars, teachers, mentors, practitioners, and/or advocates for rights and just causes. We ask MPA members to make nominations by describing the impact of the nominee as a teacher, scholar, mentor, practitioner, and/or advocate in 100 words or less. The nominations will be reviewed by the MPA Diversity Committee.
