Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments for selection and development
  • Provide executive coaching and consultation services
  • Participate in delivery of training and team-building activities
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with clients
  • Support business development activities

Required Education and Licensure:

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in relevant branch of Psychology required
  • Licensed psychologists preferred
  • We are willing to consider individuals who need supervision to complete licensure, but candidates must be license-eligible in Minnesota.
