Our Child & Adolescent Behavioral Health Services (CABHS) in Willmar is seeking a dedicated, mission driven, person centered Social Worker to expand our team. CABHS delivers inpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-18) with serious behavioral and emotional disturbances. Job Description:

The Social Work Specialist provides social work services including psychosocial assessment, acting as a liaison, treatment, transfer and discharge services to individuals, groups, and families upon admission and throughout hospitalization. Additionally, participates in multi-disciplinary treatment planning, and consultative services, as well as ongoing departmental and organizational quality improvement processes.

Qualifications:

Must be licensed to practice social work in the state of Minnesota, plus satisfy one of the following combinations of licensure and experience:

•Licensed Social Worker (LSW); AND have a minimum of 3 years professional, post-licensure social work experience;
OR •Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW);
OR Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW);
OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) AND Have a minimum of 18 months professional, post-licensure social work experience.
