The Outpatient Clinical Manager at CMHW is a highly experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional who supervises the day-to-day activities of outpatient mental health services provided at Wilder Center. This includes leading and organizing the administrative needs of the clinical staff who provide direct care and supervision of clinical care. The manager is expected to be available in-person to provide guidance and oversight of a wide range of services that include mental health and social services of children, adults, and families. A successful Outpatient Clinical Manager can work independently, but also collaboratively with staff and other leaders to create a supportive atmosphere to work, learn, and deliver excellent clinical care. The position oversees senior clinical supervisors in the areas of outpatient therapy, ARMHS, CTSS, and initial access to evaluation. The incumbent will facilitate a Whole Family approach to services and to coordination of care that is part of a larger continuum of integrated health care practices (physical and mental health). The incumbent will provide quality assurance of 245I, CCBHC, Mental Health Rehabilitation Services (ARMHS and CTSS), and other regulations and oversight of services provided by outpatient services at Wilder The Outpatient Clinical Manager provides leadership in stakeholder relationships, markets the programs with the broader community and develops policy/procedures and responds to policy issues around clinical services. The incumbent is also responsible for the overall financial management of these services. The Outpatient Clinical Manager advises, consults with, and takes direction from the Clinical Director of CMHW on strategic and operational issues and direction to serve the mission and overall strategic needs of the division and foundation. Job Qualifications: At least 5 years’ experience as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (MHP) in the provision of direct mental health services to children, adults and families. Must be licensed as a LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC. Minimum 3 years clinical supervision experience of provider staff. Licensure board-approved or certified clinical supervisor. Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of culturally competent services to diverse communities and underserved clients. Knowledge of 245I, CCBHC, ARMHS and CTSS regulations. Knowledge related to early childhood mental health assessment and therapy. Experience providing mental health assessments to child and adult clients. Experience providing crisis/triage services.
