Governance

The Minnesota Psychological Association is governed by the Governing Council and the Executive Committee. MPA's governance is guided by its Bylaws document and Policies & Procedures, which outline the organization's structure, roles, and operational standards. The Bylaws ensure that MPA functions in a transparent and consistent manner, defining key aspects such as membership, elections, and decision-making processes. Meanwhile, the Policies & Procedures provide a framework for day-to-day activities, helping maintain high standards of practice, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization. Together, these documents ensure that MPA operates effectively, upholding its mission to support mental health professionals and the wider community.
